Job Description

We are looking for an Agricultural Machinery Sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-the-ground promotion in target areas, visiting farms/distributors to introduce products and agency policies;
• Assist in developing agents, responsible for daily communication, product training, and order tracking;
• Liaise with end customers, resolve product questions, collect user feedback to drive repeat purchases;
• Coordinate with local logistics/repair providers to ensure product delivery and after-sales service;
• Research competitors/policies/demand preferences, and provide regular feedback to the team.

Required Profile

• High school diploma or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in agricultural technology/sales;
• 2+ years of experience in local African agriculture/FMCG sales, with existing agricultural machinery customer resources preferred;
• Local resident, fluent in the local language and English, with basic Chinese language skills preferred;
• Transportation: Ownership of a motorcycle/belt-driven vehicle is preferred.
